What we cannot help with
- Personal medical questions. We are not clinicians and cannot advise on your symptoms, diagnosis, medication or whether a product suits you — please speak with an eye care professional.
- Orders, billing, shipping, subscriptions, cancellations or refunds for products bought from a merchant we linked to. Healthy Vision Center does not sell products and has no access to merchant accounts; contact the merchant's support directly.
Urgent symptoms
If you have sudden vision loss, eye pain, new flashes or floaters, or an eye injury, contact an eye care professional or emergency service now rather than emailing us.
