How Healthy Vision Center handles information about visitors.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your email address and message if you contact us or subscribe to updates.
  • We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on platforms including Google Ads, YouTube and Meta, and we use measurement tags from those platforms and from analytics providers to understand which ads and articles bring readers here. These tags may set cookies or similar identifiers and may share pseudonymous event data with the platform.

We do not build or share audiences based on inferred health conditions, and we do not transmit sensitive-category data to advertising platforms. Advertising on this site is contextual and interest-based only within the limits each platform's healthcare and personalised-advertising policies allow.

Affiliate tracking

Outbound affiliate links may pass a tracking identifier to the merchant so a purchase can be attributed to us. The merchant then handles your data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See our affiliate disclosure.

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet legal requirements, and analytics data on the retention schedule of the provider. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
